This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to payments made to A & R Containers Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, renting, or entering into a rental-to-own agreement with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer (EFT)
- Other payment methods as agreed in writing
All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2. Upfront Payments
For rental, rental-to-own, or purchase agreements:
- An upfront payment may be required prior to delivery
- This may include the first rental payment, deposit, and/or delivery fee
- Delivery will not be scheduled until required upfront payments have been received in full

3. Rental & Rental-to-Own Payments
Where a rental or rental-to-own agreement is in place:
- Payments are due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Payment amounts and schedules are outlined in the individual agreement or invoice
- Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension, termination, or repossession of the container

4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery fees must be paid in full prior to delivery
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed

5. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date:
- We reserve the right to issue payment reminders
- Ongoing non-payment may result in account suspension, termination of agreement, or recovery action
- Any costs incurred in recovering overdue payments may be charged to the customer where permitted by law

6. Ownership of Goods
All containers remain the property of A & R Containers Pty Ltd until:
- Full payment has been received for outright purchases, or
- All payments under a rental-to-own agreement have been completed in full
Ownership transfers only once all outstanding amounts have been paid.

7. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, are assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Pricing Errors
While we take reasonable care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
