We deliver shipping containers to locations across Australia, subject to site access and availability.
Delivery availability may vary depending on location, container type, and site conditions.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery fees are quoted at the time of order or listed on the product page
- Standard delivery fees may apply (e.g. $599), depending on location and container size
- All delivery fees must be paid in full prior to delivery

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Availability of containers
- Transport scheduling
- Weather conditions
- Site access restrictions

Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of order or booking.

4. Site Access and Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring:
- Clear and safe access for delivery vehicles
- Suitable ground conditions for container placement
- Adequate space for delivery and unloading

If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, additional fees may apply.

5. Delivery Method

Containers are delivered using appropriate transport equipment, which may include tilt tray or side loader vehicles, depending on container type and site requirements.

6. Risk and Responsibility

Risk in the container transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Once the container has been delivered and placed at the nominated location, A & R Containers Pty Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

7. Failed or Rescheduled Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons outside our control, including site access or customer availability:
- Delivery may be rescheduled
- Additional delivery or handling fees may apply

8. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the container upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately.
